Emboss Resist and Color Burst

To create this card I started with a 5 1/2 in. by 4 in. panel of Water Color Paper. Using my stamp, I stamped the top portion of the card with Versa Mark Ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I tapped the Color Burst powder onto my craft mat and spritzed it with water. Then I smooshed my card panel into the ink and just kept smooshing and turning it until I had a result I was pleased with. I set it aside to dry. Once dry, I stamped the word "Enjoy" with Versa Mark Ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I wrapped the panel a few times with a length of white embroidery floss and tied a bow. I secured the bow with a small glue dot. Then I adhered the panel onto a standard A2 top fold card base.
